LEVRAINE is a brand operated by Marship Vibraheart Inc., a Canadian e-commerce company. This notice covers our website and our internal Vibraheart AI Ads application in AI Company OS.

Website visitors

This website does not provide visitor registration or information-submission forms. Cloudflare adds a browser analytics script to the published site to measure visits and website performance. Standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and access logs may also be processed by our web hosting provider for security, reliability, and server operation. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing practices.

If you contact us by email, we may retain the information you provide in order to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records where appropriate.

Our internal Amazon Ads application

Vibraheart AI Ads is for Marship Vibraheart Inc.'s own advertising accounts and brands. It is not an agency service or software offered to unrelated advertisers. Visiting this website does not connect your Amazon account or give the application access to it.

An authorized company user connects the application through Login with Amazon. Amazon handles the user's login and any multi-factor authentication; our application does not ask for their Amazon password or authentication code. Amazon supplies authorization tokens so the backend can make permitted API requests.

The application is designed to retrieve advertising profile identifiers, account and marketplace information, currency, campaign information, and advertising reports containing metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend and attributed purchases or sales. These are used for internal performance reporting, analysis and decisions about our own advertising activity. This integration does not request buyer names, delivery addresses or payment-card details.

The Amazon permission advertising::campaign_management supports advertising-data access and campaign management. Initial onboarding and verification use read-only operations; the company's current reporting connector does not expose campaign changes. Any later campaign changes require separate company authorization. Amazon Ads authorization is separate from Selling Partner API authorization.

Where application information is handled

The public LEVRAINE website is a static website hosted through Cloudflare Pages. It does not store Amazon Ads credentials or advertising reports. The internal connector runs in the company's backend environment, separately from this website.

The connector accepts application credentials and refresh tokens through backend environment configuration and keeps short-lived access tokens in process memory. Its request logging records operation names, response status and retry attempts rather than authentication headers or response bodies. Ads and Selling Partner credentials use separate configurations.

The Ads connection is being onboarded in the company's local AI Company OS backend. Its client secret and refresh token are encrypted using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI), tied to the Windows user account, and stored separately from other Amazon API credentials. Access tokens are held in backend memory. The backend stores the latest retrieved advertising profile and up to 20 Sponsored Products campaign names, identifiers and states, together with connection status, synchronization times and error codes, in a local folder with restricted user access. This does not mean that a live connection or production cloud service is already operating. Credentials and advertising information are not published with this website.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Amazon account access can be revoked through Amazon's Login with Amazon account controls. Revocation prevents future access using that authorization; it does not automatically delete information already received by the company. Short-lived access tokens cached by the connector are discarded when its process ends and renewed as needed while authorization remains valid.

We review and delete company-held information manually as needed, taking account of its continuing business purpose and applicable obligations. There is no fixed retention period or scheduled deletion service for saved Ads reports or credentials in the current connector. Requests to review or delete information are handled through the monitored privacy contact below. Copies held by service providers are also subject to their own applicable retention and deletion processes.

Third-party services

Our hosting, domain, email, or marketplace providers may process information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Cloudflare delivers this website and Amazon provides login and advertising API services. GitHub hosts the private application source repository; this local Ads connection does not upload its credentials or advertising data to GitHub. These services may process information outside Canada. The initial Ads authorization and read-only verification do not send advertising reports to an AI model. This notice will be reviewed before additional uses or service-provider transfers are introduced.

Changes

We may update this policy as our website and operations evolve. Updates will be published on this page with the revised date.
